Hello Everyone,
Occasionally, our Jamf-enrolled computers will display the built-in root account (System Administrator) at the login window with no option to switch users or logout. This is very odd since the macOS root account is disabled by default, and I have verified that the root account is inactive on the computers displaying this symptom. The only way to login as a regular user is to power cycle the computer.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
