Hi everyone, pretty lost on this one.
We have a machine that keeps crashing when opening Outlook (and some other apps) with the error exc_bad_access. Here's what I've done.
-Uninstalled Outlook
-Cleared plist
-Tried another version of Outlook
-Completed a full wipe (yes, full)
-Switched from APFS to Journaled
All of the above with the same result. Every other machine we've imaged has been fine. Has anyone else seen this? I'm leaning towards a hardware issue but wanted to be sure.
