Proxy Issue

Hi All,

I am seeing an issue on a couple of Macs running 10.13.3 whereby the system proxy stops working so If I open Safari and try and browse a site that traverses the proxy then it just sits and eventually timesout. Sites bypassing the proxy seem to work fine. From the proxy side (web sense) the authentication is showing as anonymous.

Now if I log in with a local account the issue doesn't happen. Deleting the mobile account doesn't seem to fix the issue either.

Its only AD accounts and if I unbind and rebind the Mac it fixes the issue.

Any ideas?

Cheers,
Andy

I think this is what I'm seeing too. I'll verify today. If so I'll be opening a ticket with Apple.

I'm curious about this as well. Our proxy set-up seems to be messy no matter how we configured it on the Macs.
Using NoMAD and Enterprise Connect seemed to help internal access but external access is still problematic

Any update on this. I am seeing something similar. Using AD accounts as well.
