Can anyone help me figure out why random new folders are being created with locked "read only" permissions? We have 1 random use create folders in our server and right when she jumps out of the folder, it locks and she can no longer edit or store files within that folder. Only the server admin can fix the permissions to read & write like it should be by default.

HI knarf7765, this forum is used for Jamf related questions not for server issues. With that being said, I would start by looking at your server's ACL see how the permissions are set to a particular group and the ownership setting.
