Since JAMF enrollment, Macbook flickers?

Hello JAMF Community,

I recently got JAMF and have been trying to enroll our Macbooks, however I've recently ran into a problem; After the user signs in, all windows 'flickers', its very quick but it occurs every 5-10 seconds, going to the launchpad after a few seconds closes it out. It interrupts our users workflow and the only steps we took was the following two videos;

I went through these two videos several times and I 1 to 1 copied all instructions shown.

My coworker and I suspect its something I did wrong in the enrollment policy, also when right clicking on the JAMF icon on the top right, it 'crashes', not sure what to do with that part. Thank you for any help in advance!

    Do you have any config profiles or policies that modify the user's profile setting like the dock? I would also look in the jamf.log file on the computer to see what policies are running that may be running.

    I thought of a configuration profile too. When we deploy a configuration profile the screen shortly flickers/gets black for a second but then it's fine. Maybe there is some configuration profile which is deployed on an ongoing basis although I don't know if this is even possible.

    I would start by unscoping the mac from the configuration profile and also look at what the config profile is doing.
