I configured the policy using the process for Pro XI here.
I've only tested on one machine. it's a 10.6.8 MacBook (13-inch Mid 2010).
I ran the Self Service and the progress bar finished and then went to barbershop stripes. Grey barbershop stripes in menu progress window are moving and the blue and white progress bar stripes in Self Service window are frozen, yet I can click the "x" to cancel the install...
On the MacBook, I can see the Adobe Acrobat Pro XI folder, so it looks like the process just isnt finishing.
My troubleshooting:
Restarted MacBook
Restarted Casper Server
Uninstalled Symantec Endpoint Protection from the MacBook
Restarted MacBook
Uninstalled Adobe Acrobat Pro XI using the Adobe uninstaller
Restarted MacBook
Retried Self Service and same result.
I'm going to try and install on other hardware, yet I'd like any suggestions for further troubleshooting...
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Check the logs for the policy you are using to deploy Acrobat XI, it is possible that Recon is failing after the application installs.

From within JSS: "No Policy Logs are available."
Thanks.

I was able to Self Service Install on a 10.8.2 iMac Intel (27-inch, Mid 2011).
