Apple school manger fails to sync

Hi i have been trying to get ASM working again after we created a secondry web app server in a dmz to provide services externally. I have updated the public key and the server token but after 2 days the ASM section in settings is still saying it has never synced. Any help would be really apreciated.

Just a possibility....but ASM is currently having issues:

AWS is having lots of issues....so things may be a bit crazy for a lot of web apps.
