Application Usage Logs

Dear All

We are in the early days of our Casper Suite usage - and I am seeing that about 50 machines are not updating their Application Usage Logs. Well have never sent any info up.
Any ideas why that might be? The machine connects up, and runs the inventory policy.

Version 7.1. Snow Leopard client.

I've seen some wackiness, manually sent a "sudo jamf manage" and all was (mostly) better. I'm still seeing a handful of machines (my own included) where all it shows is the Idle process (for an approximately correct amount of time), not a list of actual apps that I've run...
