Before I re-invent the wheel, has anyone set up an EA to report on TB-connected devices?
I'm specifically trying to query the Thunderbolt 10GbE devices used in our video lab, trying to pull model and firmware info, but I wouldn't argue with more data than that. Just want to pull the info into the inventory database to be able to report out on it, and potentially at some point scope firmware updates/etc. where and when needed.
I expect some form of System_Profiler with a couple of grep and pipe commands might get me there, but that seems an inelegant way to pull the data when I'm only interested in a tiny subset of the system_profiler results.
