Hi all,
While not specific to Web Services, I had major issues with cache/syncing
problems when we first rolled out Entourage 2008 & Exchange 2007 to our
users in early 2009. It turned out to be virus protection active scanning,
specifically McAfee VirusScan. Editing VirusScan prefs to exclude the
Entourage database file made all the sync problems go away. I haven't had
any sync problems return since moving to Entourage Web Services...
