Firefox 3.6.2 fixed for opening Casper Remote Log

Dear all
I just updated to Firefox 3.6.2 and the issue with old Firefox 3.6 that could not open any new window via an external application (like Casper Remote Show Log) looks like it has being fixed.
could somebody else please confirm?
