Has anyone deployed the LastPass chrome extension?

Hi,

Does anyone have a workflow on how to deploy the chrome LastPass extension? Is there any other way than packaging a custom chrome?

Your best bet is to do it through Google Workspace Admin. If you use a profile to install it, it will not allow Google Admin to enforce any kind of extensions or extension blocks. We tried this at our org and it caused some pretty big issues with the list of extensions we had to block. Profiles will always override any kind of other enforcement or management of Chrome.

This is the method I'm using to push out the "Windows Accounts" Chrome extension for our conditional access testing.
