How do I know what version NetSUS I'm running?

No seriously. It's blue, but other than that I have no idea if it is running 3.0.1 or 3.0.

Unless you updated it within the last week and a half, you're probably running version 3.0. The easiest way that I can see to tell for sure is to look on the top of the file in

/var/www/webadmin/scripts/adminHelper.sh

If you see a reference to "Ubuntu 14.04", the biggest change in this version, then you're running 3.0.1.

However, full agreement with the sentiment. Upgraded versions should make it clear, via the GUI, which release version you are running.
