how to remove adware Spigot

I've been monitoring that some of our users installed with Spigot, i can only do a script to delete the spigot folder and plist file from jSS.

How can we prevent ppl from installing this adware and uninstall it completely, as well as the extensions on browers?

Also how to stop user to browser freeware download websites (including download.com, soft32.com, softonic.com, etc.) on jss?

1. hosts.txt
2. some browsers can cripple those sites on a case by case basic. Omniweb, Firefox with Noscript
3. daemon killer
