I haven't had any luck with this any time I'v revisited this.
So here's the deal:
In Outlook 2011 when a user inputs a name into the TO field, they get a good complete list- but if they click on the contact card, it shows the name but no information (phone, location,....).
However, if the user goes to the CONTACTS SEARCH button and then changes ALL FOLDERS to DEFAULT GLOBAL ADDRESS LIST and does the same search, the contact card has all the information on it.
Is there way to make Outlook use the Default GAL all the time?
