It's strange that I've been dealing with this for the last 10 hours, and it's been completely unprofessional

This is bad. Our Jamf servers have been down for over 14 hours. I hope Jamf does the right thing and explains what happened. We deserve to know after waiting this long. This is causing us a huge inconvenience.

I feel you on this. Indiana just opened the Standardized testing window on Monday and we are in the middle of a two week “no change” order on servers our organization controls.

this happened in the middle of two of our high stress moments in the school year…first three days and standardized testing.

Jamf does owe everyone a full root cause analysis and overall post-mortem on the incident.

Almost a day into the outage, and still no real ETA's... this is ridiculous, this is probably the worst global IT outage since CrowdStrike last year. I really hope Jamf provide a full post incident report on this. I'm sick of staring at the below screen:

JAMF OUTAGE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED AFTER 14 hrs 13 MIN.

Finally... I really want to see a post incident report from Jamf as to what & how this all happened.

I'm now able to log back in to 1 out 5 of the instances I manage... so it's progress, but not resolved yet.

More like 16 hours for me...
