Our School has been using Zuludesk Teacher (Jamf Teacher), we also use Apple Classroom at times ñ. Recently when a teacher was trying to create a lesson he noticed that he was unable to limited Apps to the class , He then noticed that the Students had a red dot beside their Names (Offline) even though the Same devices were online in Apple Classroom . We pushed out Jamf Classroom , The Jamf teacher App Launched , the Classes etc were available but again RED dots beside the students (Offline ) - Can you advise why the students are online in Apple classroom but offline in Jamf teacher? iPadOS 14.3
