Microsoft Lync Unknown Keychain Item

What is everyone using Lyncs best practice for removing the Unknown Keychain item that breaks Lync?

Just talked to MS we were given a bad package go figure!!!!

They gave us a "private" build that solved this issue and the Juniper VPN issue. Build number is 14.0.1 (111117)

Wonder if MS also have a version that works over IPSec... Hmmm... How did you guys get your custom versions?

I'm not entirely sure other than we spend an enormous amount of money on MS products. We have a MS employee in our building FT and we were part of MS at one point in the 90's. I have a laundry list of Office problems that they never seem to fix.
