MIT Kerberos /etc/krb5.conf

Hi,

we tried to add Mapping's from host to REALM's ( MIT Kerberos ) placing the mapping into /etc/krb5.conf.

The respective kdc of the realm's are having DNS entries.

Unfortunately the mapping does not work.

How host realm mapping's are configured on Jamf MAC Clients ?

Can we distribute such settings through JAMF policy ?

Thank you

 We set the default realm on /etc/krb5.conf for our Kerberos requirement and its working fine.

We created a package using composer and deployed it via the Jamf profile

     [libdefaults]
         default_realm = Domain name

Set the same settings, but the mapping does not work. We have AD Integration and also other kerberos realm we need to map. Can you please share  the complete krb5.conf ?  Of course except the names ... ?

Thanks

we have these 2 entries on /etc/krb5.conf . our macs are not AD binded

    [libdefaults]
         default_realm = Domain name
