Hi all, I talked with JAMF Support and do not think this is possible, but curious if anyone has found a way. For Home Sync with an AD user, is it possible to define the "Local path" of the home folder elsewhere if it is blank in that users AD account?
We are 99.9% windows environment and clear out this value in AD since Group Policy is setting it. So i'm looking for other options to get Home Sync working without using that field (possibly a script to populate it elsewhere).
Thanks

If you are trying to mount something or rsync it, you'll need to know where the home folder is. If what you are saying is that GPO's populate it, then there has to be a set value in the GPO that you can take and manipulate.
