NetBoot Issue-only get as far as the small spinning globe.

I seem to be having a problem with NetBoot. I have set up an NBI and did all the steps necessary to create a successful NetBoot. It is 10.7.2 boot done from the latest MacBook Pro model.
When attempting to go through the process it stops at the small spinning globe. At this point it somewhat hangs there. I believe this to be a TFTP issue, but want to make sure to see if there is a general consensus out here before I bring this issue to the network team.
I did do a tcp dump and copied my results below on the unsuccessful NetBoot.

Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas on what might be happening and possible ways to rectify this issue?

Thanks to all in advance!
David

Is your firewall on?

It is, or rather was. I also saw an interesting post here about tricking the Mac to boot.

Unfortunately I will never know the answer to this as the company has decided to put this whole Mac project on hold.
