NetSUS issue with RedHAT v7.7 Enterprise Linux?

Hi all,

I was wondering if you can shed some light as we're struggling to get NetSUS running properly.

I've downloaded the NetSUSLPInstaller.run from GitHub and installed the application without any issues. But when I login to the webadmin portal, I get a message saying "sudo: sorry, you must have a tty to run sudo."

This might explain why I couldn't make any changes in NetSUS, such as changing the default webadmin pass, or add a user. The SAVE button is basically greyed out on most configuration page.

After Googling the message, a suggestion was made to ignore Defaults requiretty in /etc/sudoers. But that hasn't worked. I've even tried reinstalling NetSUS and problem still persist.

Is there a way to either reset NetSUS or check if the permissions are set properly on the linux box?

Much appreciated in advance.
