Hi all,

Are they any live session or recorded sessions or live demo to new user, to see and enable the settings as per the user view(how to get notification, how to add patches, how to add the mac os latest version etc)

Start with going to YouTube and searching for JNUC. Jamf posts most of their JNUC presentations there. You might be able to find what you are looking for.

Do you have a Jamf subscription. I think the training catalog is still only open to Jamf subscribers. 

Jamf does have a free training course (Jamf 100) that anyone can access. That will give you a basic overview of Jamf. I am not aware of any specific live trainings expect for the paid training classes that Jamf offers.
