Packaging ChemBioDraw

Does anyone have any advice for successfully packaging this?

It's a drag and drop type installation but requires a Serial Number/Registration Code entering each time.

I don't have specific experience with this particular application, but have you just tried using a Normal Snapshot from Composer? You can add the application to the Applications folder (which will record as a new file on the boot drive), and then after you launch it and enter the serial information, that should be written to a new plist file or something to that end, which Composer should be able to track through comparing the two snapshots.

+1 for Composer.

But it will depend on how the licensing works. If it's anything like any of the other analysis software I've used, the registration might be bound by the serial/UUID of the machine. Possibly get in contact with your vendor/reseller to see if they have any information in regards to silent installations and automatic activations that you can use in conjunction with Composer.
