Pegasus External drives not mountable

A lot of our distribution points have the Pegasus external desktop attached storage units attached to them housing our jamf shares. When I try to replicate the DP, Jamf Admin always returns that the server couldn't be mounted. When I ARD into the machine and sign into the DP then I can replicate again and everything is fine. The problem is that if I log out and go back to the admin screen the drive is not mountable again. I don't want to remain logged into the DP 24/7 or if the machine reboots from a power failure then it's back to the login screen and not mountable..

Any thoughts on what I can do?

Have a feeling that these units go into a sleep mode if theres no activity, so by the time they have been woken from the replication commands its already reported back its failed.
cant remember if the normal energy saver preferences controls these or the pegasus tools, but basically you need to keep them active
