Is it still possible to Recon a 10.6.x machine ? If you try to run the current version of Recon (9.81) on a 10.6 machine it will say that it needs at least a 10.7 machine to run. In the release notes of previous versions they used to have a section about backward compatibility, but that seems to be gone now. Anyone know what version you have to go back to in order to Recon a 10.6 machine ? Or can that even be done anymore ? I tried doing a remote recon with 9.81. It worked to a point, but then locked up when it was saying "Locating Hardware Information". It could just be this one 10.6 machine, and it just has issues.
I also tried reconning a 10.5 machine not long ago but came across an error that said :
"Error enrolling computer, unable to establish trust with JSS - could not connect to the JSS"
I never did solve that error. Someone says they did in this post, but didn't publish the solution.
