Safari 7.1, JSS 9.4

I upgraded to Safari 7.1 this morning as part of the MacOS 10.9.5 update. In the JSS web interface, the items under the Inventory and History tabs when looking at a computer or mobile device record are missing (General, Hardware, User & Location, etc…). The Management tab seems to be unaffected. When the Inventory tab is selected, the information displayed under the General category is visible. I found that if I click "Edit General" to edit the information, the rest of the items on the left menu pop on screen. This does not happen on previous versions of Safari or in Firefox.

Same here with Safari 7.1 | 10.9.5 | JSS 9.3.1

Firefox is 32.0.1 is fine.

Try Reset Safari… under the Safari menu bar and remove all website data. I applied the same updates and am not seeing this issue.

@nessts… As I noted in my original message, it is working fine for me in FF.

Just updated my JSS to 9.5. Same issue, slightly different manifestation… If I click Edit General and cancel out, I still see no items in my left sidebar. If I click Save, I can then see the items.

I just discovered… if I simply resize the Safari window–even fraction of an inch–all of the information pops on the screen.

Has anyone reported this back to JAMF?

I'll open a ticket with a link to this thread. I see it myself as well and actually since the last update I've also noticed slow pinwheels when clicking edit on various policies text fields. (And BTW I would not call any Browser that is integrating ads directly into their app, a "good browser"). http://www.zdnet.com/mozilla-to-deliver-ads-in-its-firefox-browser-7000026216/

RE:"Has anyone reported this back to JAMF?"

Yes, I was working with them on the 18th after I discovered that resizing the window made a difference…

Not applicable

I've noticed odd redraw issues with Google Chrome 37 and 38 and my JSS 9.32. Switching tabs usually redraws everything properly.

A little late, but same issue with 9.52.

JSS 9.6
Safari 8.0

This problem still exists. If I resize the window, it all shows up but until then blank on the left.

I am also seeing this in Safari 8.0.2, JSS 9.6.1, and OS X 10.10.1

Resizing the window will bring the data back, but that is just annoying.
