The iTunes Store ID of the application could not be validated

Hi all,

Have started receiving this error message installing a particular app on an iPad (may effect more, will test on another device too). All our devices are managed with silent app installs (device assignments). I am assigning apps based on static device groups. The other apps for that group have installed correctly. I have removed the device from the static device group (other apps uninstalled) and added it back, receiving the same error on the same app. I have tried restarting the iPad and completely erasing the iPad with the same results.

I have refreshed the app in the VPP Accounts settings with no difference. Not really sure what to test next. Has anyone got a fix for this? I know it has been a problem in the past with other versions.

PS. We are using Jamf Cloud, no idea where to check the version :)

Have tested on another iPad and the app installed fine. Any ideas?

I'm not sure why, but it installed properly overnight - so for now the issue isn't happening! Hope it doesn't happen again because waiting overnight is not an effective solution.
