I am an administrator on our JSS server and need to perform an update of the Push Notification Certificate. Have created and activated a JAMF Nation account but when trying to renew the certificate as advised in the Administrators manual I am receiving an error message that my account has not been validated

Have you possibly received an email from JAMF Nation (check spam filters) requesting you to click a link to confirm your account?

Try logging in to JAMF nation in a different window (i think its the second option when making the cert) and then upload it.
