As a Client Platform Engineer at Peloton, you'll be a part of the core team that keeps client infrastructure redundant, scalable, and secure. The position will entail being responsible for the enterprise client services in use at Peloton and helping to craft the backend systems that we depend on as the company continues to grow. You should be comfortable seeing a project through from start to end, including identifying areas for improvement, researching the best way to tackle the problem, being able to describe to others why you chose the approach you did, and then implementing the solution; you are both a thinker and a doer. The ideal candidate will have experience with AzureAD, Intune, Microsoft Graph, Powershell scripting, jamf, GAM, GSUITE Admin, o365 admin, bash, python knowledge is a plus, and feels comfortable deploying policies, configurations, applications and updates to the entire fleet of Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, iOS, chromeOS devices.

THE ROLE:
● Design, build, document and support ongoing automation in endpoint deployment and management
● Manage, administer, and scale our endpoint fleet and related infrastructure
● Support and manage macOS, iOS, Windows, Linux, Android, chromeOS operating systems and software
● Define and manage a full cycle patch and software distribution framework
● Manage and maintain client configuration and security compliance standards across all endpoints
● Implement and iterate on deployment solutions across macOS, Windows, chromeOS, iOS, Linux and Android
● Identify and deploy internal process and automation improvements
● Work as an escalation point for the global IT support team
● Automate application and settings distribution
● Manage and maintain client configuration and security compliance standards
● Implement and iterate solutions across Operating System platforms
● Work with the security team to drive endpoint security models and best practices across the environment
● Support logical integrations into cloud based directories, IdPs and identity masters
● Identify and deploy internal process and automation improvements
● Work as the escalation point for the global IT Service Desk team
● Create and maintain detailed and accurate documentation
● Help grow and mentor the global IT organization

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
● Comfortable researching, proposing, building and administering high-level tech initiatives set forth by the Security and Business requirements of the company
● 5+ years experience architecting from idea to implementation with endpoint management software with direct key involvement.
● Expert-level experience using at least two industry standard MDM solutions including but not limited to Jamf Pro, SCCM, Intune, AirWatch, etc.
● Expert-level experience with administering, deploying, and troubleshooting macOS Mojave and later, Windows 10, iOS 13 and later, Android, and Linux OS
● Proven expertise packaging applications, managing patch compliance, and software distribution
● 3+ years of combined server administration.
● 3+ years scripting experience (Powershell, bash, python, etc.)
● Experience administering, scaling and troubleshooting cloud based identity providers (IdP), preferably Okta and Google Suite
● Experience scaling and integrating directories (LDAP, AD, Azure AD, etc.)
● 5+ years of internal and external applications and systems implementation and support (e.g. SSO solutions, G Suite, Slack, Anti-Virus, etc.)
● Comfortable working with git repositories
● Love for automating all things and streamlining business functions
● Familiarity with business systems VOIP, VPNs, networking technologies, audit and compliance, etc. (strongly preferred)
● Attention to detail and a security minded approach to solving problems
● Work well with teams!
● Ability to drive concurrent projects and initiatives while managing operational escalations
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
● Very strong team player that is capable of succeeding as an individual contributor
● Empathetic and humble with a customer-focused demeanor
● Comfortable working in hyper-growth environments
