New Jamf Admin looking for remote (or remote-first in Boulder, CO) work

Greetings Jamf Community,

I haven't seen anyone else post here yet in search of a new job, so I apologize if I am breaking decorum in some way.

After two years of positive reviews, while building a good team rapport, as lead desktop support engineer for the Colorado offices of a Fortune 500 company, the sites that I supported were closed indefinitely (due to COVID-19) and my employer's contract with the client company was not renewed. During my time there, I became familiar with all of the nuances of troubleshooting a Jamf-managed computer from the endpoint itself, which sparked an interest in learning more. It took a few months, but I was able to recognize the opportunity this situation presented and I decided to pursue my goal of focusing on a higher level of Apple support and management. I purchased a Jamf Training Pass with the aim of taking all available classes. As of Nov. 5th, I'm now a Jamf Certified Admin (JAMF 300/200/100 and ACSP 11). I am also excited that I'll soon be immersing myself in JAMF 370 and 400 (which I am taking back-to-back starting Nov. 30).

I am hoping to find a fully remote position (or one that is remote-first in/near Boulder, CO) with an employer that will benefit from my growing admin skill set and extensive technical support background. Any applicable leads are appreciated.

Regards and thanks for reading,

Richard Metzner

They're not in Boulder but there's a great company called Rocketman in Denver. Those guys are awesome.

They also host a monthly Apple admin meetup over Zoom. If you look at past JNUC videos you will see them presenting.
