one option I could suggest off hand is using Auto Advance. Deploy/cache
a macOS installer, kick off a policy at X time to erase and reinstall
the Mac, use auto advance to configure/prestage and get the Mac back to
usable state.

not successfully enrolled into Jamf via DEP/ADE from my testing.
