Stucked after logon screen

Hello all.After deployment, and, just after entering a session, i'm stuck on this windows. Any session is impacted.Only way to pass this window is to hard extinct, reboot and re-enter the same session ?Help needed please.

I can't upload image anymore. Anyway.it's just after the main login screen, where you see images and name of users.

Nope, it's just after entering credentials. You click on image, password, and just after, for the first opening of the session, i'm stucked on this.
