Hello,We are having an issue with Microsoft Teams on our Shared iPads because it is requesting to setup an access code. Without setting a pin or touch id the App crashes. Does anyone know how to make the App work again? Thank you Miguel Frade Correia

Hello @naneek11 ,The only way we found was to use anonymous user. When you're finished it clears all information from that session. However a new issue has appeared. In our case the Ms Teams apps crashes if the iPad doesn't have a pincode touchid.Try...

Hello Mike,Hello @MikeMikeMike ,Our Microsoft Admin wasn't aware of any change to the policy... For the personal iPads we are covered and all have pincode/touch id enabled. In the shared iPads I'm not able to apply pincode protection. Thank you
