How did you get this resolved? I thought I had this fixed, but it turns out that even though I'm including our EMS cert, it's still giving me the Certificate Trust Settings popup, assuming it's for the second cert.

I think I found the offending setting, because after disabling this (and a few other things, but only this makes sense) the upgrade install works. Delay activation seems to be the culprit. Thanks for your help. Without you confirming you got it going...
