I’m very excited to let you know about a change to how we deliver Jamf Connect files. We wanted to make obtaining files as quick and easy as possible so as of today, Jamf Connect files will now be available to you via Jamf Account. Simply log into your Jamf Account and click on Jamf Connect under the Products area.
In the past, Jamf delivered a pre-formatted mobileconfig file that proved difficult to change or update, if needed. This new format allows for customers to embed their license in standalone or bundled configurations within the Jamf Connect Configuration app, or to embed the license in a configuration profile created within the Jamf Pro Application and Custom Settings payload.
To access the files, your Jamf Account must be associated to your organization. If licenses do not appear in your Jamf Account, please contact your Customer Success Manager. Please note, only the most recent license file is displayed.
