Jamf Connect not accepting new password

Hello

We have jamf connect setup with OneLogin for users to login to their machines, every reboot jamf connect prompts and users type in email and password and accept 2FA and then they are in the account.

 

Ive had a couple new users whos jamf connect does not work after a couple days, we go into recovery mode and reset password, then go back to login via JC, get the prompt to sync local and cloud password but after that it says password mismatch, after that I just have them use local login so they can work. In total we have about 10 out of 400 users that need to use local login because jamf connect never accepts the password to sync it.

 

How can i pull logs from the users via self service or even script so that I can take a look at whats causing the issue. Id like to get ahead of a potential issue.

You can enable logging for Jamf Connect. and then look in the Console log to see what's going on.  https://docs.jamf.com/jamf-connect/2.8.0/documentation/Jamf_Connect_Logs.html

Also, do you enable the option to create the Jamf Connect keychain?
