TouchID with JAMF Connect

Hello everyone

I currently have JAMF Connect with Entra deployed on my MACs.
And I noticed that when locking the screen, only the User + Password option is offered to me, and TouchID is not offered even though it is authorized in the options and a fingerprint is configured.

I can't find any more information on this subject.

Do you have any tips?

Thanks!

It's likely the FileVault screen during startup.  Apple does not allow you to use biometrics there.

This is not the FileVault screen, this is the Screen lock screen, when I use Control + Q.

Instead of the class lock screen with background, touch id option etc... I only have a black screen with user + password and the message "you must enter a password to unlock the screen"

When you lock the screen, you are not looking at Jamf Connect you are looking at macOS's default login screen. Jamf Connect is only presented when no one is logged in to the device (i.e. after are reboot, or the user logs out). Check your configuration profiles and make sure that TouchID is allowed to be used for device unlock.

Hello Everyone, thanks for your answers :)
I've found the solution of my problem, that was a CIS policy changing the screenUnlock Mode.

Following this post, I have being able to change back the lock screen
