10.13.1 Combo Update

I've not been able to find it, I guess it's just delayed. Has anyone else seen it?

@jaz, there's no combo update for a 10.x.1 release. Combo updates are a cumulative update of all previous updates for a particular major release of OS X/macOS, so that you don't need to install every previously released update. By virtue of being the first update release for High Sierra, the 10.13.1 update will not have a combo update because there are no previous updates to roll-up into the combo.

When the next High Sierra update comes out, there'll be a maOS 10.13.2 update for computers running 10.13.1, and there'll be a macOS 10.13.2 combo update that can be installed on macOS 10.13.0 without having to install 10.13.1 first.
