WebClips on iOS 16.6

Is anyone else having issues with WebClips loading on iOS 16.6?

I can get the WebClips to show on the iOS device but it will not load the site I have it set for. 

I put the same web clip on an iOS 16.1 and the link loads with no issues. Any help would be helpful.
