Notes-
• Hands & Eyes Support – perform physical activity under direction from the remote party
• Hardware Break/Fix assistance and vendor management
• Installation, Move, Add and Change (IMAC) of Baker Hughes IT Assets per Baker Hughes defined processes
• Telephony Support – perform telephone admin support include MAC and voicemail setup.
• VIP Support – generally consists of a more tailored and reactive approach to ensure the respective VIP has everything they need and that they are comfortable with the usage of the equipment and associated peripherals, sourcing where necessary.
• Non-PC IT Equipment Support – provide on-site triage and resolution recommendation to non PC IT devices e.g. Printers and Scanners. If required specific training & instruction will be provided.
• Mobile Phone Support – a combination of Hands & Eyes, Asset Management, Non-PC IT equipment support specifically for mobile devices.
• Associated remote call handling and Ticket dispatch
