Has this been addressed in the documentation as reported in MacAdmins?

FYI for anyone experiencing the "greyed-out" username and password fields on the Jamf Connect menu bar app: if you're using Okta Identity Engine and your license file is in order check that your com.jamf.connect config profile contains the preference keys for TenantID and DiscoveryURL.Jamf's documentation is missing those two keys as requirements for OIE implementations with Jamf Connect. It took a couple of days of troubleshooting with Jamf Support to figure it out.
