Computers running daily inventory update but not checking in?

Can anybody explain why this is happening? I am noticing this on a lot of our computers. They either stop checking in -- or check in very sporadically -- but supposedly they have no problems submitting daily inventories?

Syntax highlighting

Did they take away syntax highlighting in 10.36? Just upgraded and can no longer view color coding in my scripts. Also, there only two options now in the Script Contents drop-down - Monokai and Ruby Blue (neither of which have highlighting).
