Hello,
I need to use the JAMF Parent app, but for several days it has not been working. The issue occurs both on an iPhone running iOS 26 and on an iPad running version 17.7.10.
After uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I go through the permission requests until the one asking to allow notifications. From that point, the app freezes and displays a black loading screen indefinitely.
Have you heard of this issue? Could you please advise on how to resolve it?
