We recently enabled Jamf Self Service+ using a package but did not remove the classic Self Service app. After this change, we noticed an issue when trying to register devices with Intune for compliance. During the Company Portal login window, some junk files appear unexpectedly.

Could this be due to a conflict between having both Self Service versions installed on the same Mac?
Has anyone faced similar issues, and what’s the recommended approach—should we remove the classic Self Service completely before enabling Self Service+?
