We are experiencing an issue where some iPads managed by Jamf Pro are not responding to commands.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

  • The date and time are set to “Set Automatically.”

  • A forced restart has already been performed.

  • The IP address range 17.0.0.0/8 is not being blocked.

  • TCP ports 5223, 443, and 2197 are not blocked.

  • The router at the affected location shows that the iPads have active IP leases and are operating normally.
