Job Description

Concentric Health Experience (CHX) is seeking a IT/Helpdesk Technician who will represent the agency through IT support and customer service. You are a a problem solver and a go getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have a passion for making a difference.

Responsibilities


  • Tend the help desk area, stock IT supplies, keep area organized

  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to tickets in our Zendesk environment

  • Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstations

  • Assist with onboarding of new users and training existing employees

  • Reporting and management of our JAMF Pro system

  • Virus/Malware remediation using Sophos

  • Network troubleshooting/administration (DHCP, DNS)

  • General printer, copier, and scanning repair

  • Conference room maintenance, installs and configuration


Qualifications


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Technology, Business, Communications or related field.

  • 1-2 years of relevant technical experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient with macOS/iOS and Microsoft 365

  • Ability to work independently/self-manage

  • Ability to foster positive relationships with customers and co-workers

  • A curious mentality

  • The desire to be great


Additional Information

This is an on-site support role based in One World Trade Center that is part of a team of NY based and remote IT admins.
