Publicis is seeking a talented Mac Systems Administrator to create, maintain and support management systems for Groupe Mac devices. This is a full-time position based in London. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain macOS standards, configuration specifications for the global Groupe Mac population.
  • Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles for macOS.
  • Design, build, and administer policies for macOS in Jamf Pro.
  • Create, test, and deploy MDM profiles for macOS
  • Support the lifecycle management for macOS and Mac hardware releases, system updates and upgrades, and resolution of software-related problems by aiding other EIS service owners.
  • Collaborate on macOS assigned projects, communicate complex technical requirements to technical and non-technical personnel, and present complex issues to management officials.
  • Develop solutions for and support integrations of new organizations integrating into the Groupe.
  • Design, develop, and manage macOS solutions in support of Groupe’s efforts to enhance the existing enterprise architecture.
  • Develop and document policies and procedures, and strategies that ensure the installation, configuration, and maintenance of macOS operating environments are performed in a secure manner within the Groupe.

In addition to those documented, an incumbent may be required to perform other incidental duties from time-to-time.



Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years post-secondary education and/or relevant work experience.
  • Administrator level knowledge of Jamf Pro.
  • Familiarity with Device Enrollment via Apple Business Manager (ABM).
  • In-depth knowledge of macOS software and hardware which can be leveraged to support Enterprise efforts to plan, create, test, and deploy hardware, software, and supporting applications.
  • Experience packaging and building software that can be distributed across geographically diverse systems, coupled with a demonstrated ability to meaningfully engage in interoperability and release testing of those builds.
  • Knowledge of one or more scripting languages (bash, sh, zsh, Python)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to partner and collaborate with other IT infrastructure teams, business users, and leaders on architecture and security models
  • Experience with ITIL change management / service processes.
  • Preferred certifications: Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), Jamf 200 or higher.
