CompNow is looking for an experienced Mac focused Systems Engineer in Alexandria. This role focuses on assisting our clients onsite with all things Apple related.
Job Description

The onsite System Engineer will assist our customers with Apple related issues such as troubleshooting in all aspects of macOS/iOS devices.
The Systems Engineer position will be required to perform installation, configuration, and integration of Apple products. Jamf Pro knowledge is required
Responsibilities
Every day will bring exciting new challenges for you. You will be providing services across multiple vendor/vertical technologies, with a focus on delivering excellent Apple technology-centric services.
The range of vendors/technologies includes (but not limited to): Apple, Microsoft, Jamf, VMware, Veeam, Sophos (Endpoint/Antivirus & XG Firewall), Cisco/Cisco Meraki, HPE/Aruba, and ConnectWise
You will handle escalations from level 1/2 engineers, attend regular visits for high value managed service and prepaid support engagements and deliver project engineering services (design and implementation).
Qualifications
We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Apple Systems Engineer. If you have basic troubleshooting skills with the macOS operating system and would like to expand on this knowledge this could be the Job for you. You will be assisting our service desk staff as well as assisting our customers onsite with technical issues. Knowledge using MDM would be advantageous.
