What you’ll be doing
This role will focus on supporting our MacOS services and solutions working across our End User Computing Support Team. End User Computing is responsible for the delivery, ongoing management, and support of end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, thin clients, virtual desktop, mobility devices, telephony, video conferencing, printing, and other platforms such as MacOS, MS Exchange, SharePoint, SOE Management, and Office 365.
